Administrative Responsibilities:
Arranging and organizing periodical trade facilitation meetings (CAFAC) with all the stakeholders of Air Cargo Complex, Chennai.
Responsible for the preparation and distribution of minutes of the CAFAC meeting and follow up thereof.
Handled the entire communication process of Air Cargo Complex, Chennai.
Liasoning with the ground handling agencies operating in the complex.
Part of various committees involved in the procurement of cargo handling equipment.
Involved in the identification and allotment of office/operational space for the stakeholders inside the air cargo complex.
Interacting with AAI staff and all other ground handling staff with regard to staff grievance and operational difficulties to be conveyed to the management and for the speedy redressal of the same.

Spearheaded Marketing process for PNR movements to SICAL CFS.
Was encouraged to develop SICAL warehousing to exporters & importers apart from promoting CFS to Freight forwarders.
