RESPONSIBILITIES:
preparing & updating project schedules moniter critical path activities. preparing weekly & monthly progress reports. preparing EPC Level III resources loaded Schedule
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare Engineering Schedule For Project Propsal & detail design stage (Level I, Level II, Level III )
Prepare EPC Level III Schedule
-Prepare Measurment Work Sheet to track Progress
- generating progress S-Curve & Manpower Histogram weekly & monthly, Planned, Actual & Forecast
- monitoring and updating the Schedule as well as monitoring the critical activities
- report to the project Manager the Project Current status based on the progress as well as the Key Milestones updated,
- Prepare monthly report Contains Summary LEVEL 2 Schedule, Progress S-Curve, Manpower Histogram, Three Weeks Look Ahead
- Attending Internal Weekly Meeting With Project Team
Working on schedule of package 8 Access road for jubil Exports refinery contains:Civil works, Roads works and Electrical works, preparing time schedule (cost & resources ) and tracking using primavera p3 & p6
SGB ( Steam Generation Building) Contains : Control Building, Team Building, Chiller Building, Maintenance Building, Emergency Gen Building .
Preparing basline Schedule include Engineering Phase, Procurment Phase, Construction Phase, Testing & Commissiong
