Preparing & reporting P&L; Supervising & reporting the aging; Initiating & monitoring the AOP; Co-setting in tenders calculation; Calculating sales incentives; Reviewing, auditing & approving all accountants’ transactions.
Preparing, maintaining and reporting Financial Statements, also being the Budget Controller.
Initiate and report Financial/Sales Analysis for executive management. Finally had the
responsibility of maintaining, updating and resolving issues related to Fixed Assets module in
accordance with accounting policies.
Responsible for Payroll Records’ maintaining, Adjustments and resolving issues. Handled
Accounts Payable, starting from Forecasting and Preparing monthly payments, Cash Flow
management control in coordination with treasury sections, and Verifying payments details
for final approval. Finally, validating proper accounting procedures applied in all Records.
Responsible for Reviewing and Record all Sales invoices. Also, review and initiate payments’
invoices via the system, and Follow-up payments to local and foreign suppliers. Handled the
Petty cash day-to-day reimbursement transactions in-line with company procedures.
