• Managing day-to-day HR activities, in addition to, supporting and facilitating all the HR related requirements for all business units to ensure an effective organizational result.
• Supporting and administering the formulation and enforcement of the new policies and development programs for the company.
• Handling department’s restructuring and ensuring the proper succession planning is put in place for all functions.
• Supporting the Performance Management program and placing Personal Development Plans for all employees to ensure the proper growth of the employees and eventually the business overall.
• Consulting the management on annual salary revisions based on the PDP assessments conducted with the employees and their line-managers.
• Sourcing and appointing candidates for all vacancies through walk-ins, career fairs, open days, online, referrals, and more, in order to ensure the most accurate recruitment.
• Handling the recruitment process including sourcing strategies, interviewing, reference checking, negotiating packages, and offering the candidates.
• Advising and counseling the first and second line managers on employee related issues, as well as, reviewing documents of disciplinary action and performance improvement plans for the employee related cases.
• Conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when the need arises and accordingly handling them by suggesting appropriate actions in alignment with the Kuwait Labor Law.
• Developing appropriate methods for rewards and recognitions programs in order to motivate and create a positive working environment and increase the retention rate at the company.
• Conducting constant meetings, and exist interviews with the employees to get essential feedback in order to spot the problems and accordingly coming up with strategies for resolving them.
• Working closely with the senior management and the Training Manager to identity, develop, and implement training & development programs in line with the business objectives.
• Maintaining full confidentiality of information in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
