Acting as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance: Responding to support requests, diagnosing and resolving technical issues via phone, email, or in person. Assisting users with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, peripherals, and software applications: Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems, coordinating repairs or replacements when necessary. Assisting in the administration and maintenance of servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure: Managing user accounts, access rights, conducting routine system monitoring, backup, and recovery tasks. Identifying and resolving technical problems promptly and efficiently: Utilizing diagnostic tools and methodologies to determine the root cause of issues and documenting troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices. Assisting in the implementation and enforcement of ICT security policies and procedures: Monitoring systems for security threats, educating users on cybersecurity awareness, and promoting compliance with data protection regulations. Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance users' knowledge and proficiency with ICT systems and tools: Providing user guidance and documentation to improve self-help capabilities. Collaborating with vendors and suppliers for repairs, warranty claims, equipment replacements, and negotiating service contracts to ensure timely and effective support.
