Duties and responsibilities in brief are as under:
* Report directly to the General Manager.
* Plan, prepare, distribute, revise, control, and implement the Quality Manual (QM) and Quality Procedures (QP).
* Internal/External Quality Audits.
* Identify problems affecting quality.
* Report problems to management and recommend corrective action to responsible management levels.
* Verify/Follow-up corrective actions.
* Final acceptance and issuance of Inspection Certificate.
* Selection, training and qualification of QA/QC staff.
* Direct and supervise the Quality Control (QC) function as well as the laboratory operations, and the training staff.
* Coordination training personnel.
* Planning, Preparing and monitoring Company needed Training Programs.
* Planning, Preparing and monitoring Company production schedule.
* Overall responsibility and functioning of Tube Mills and Galvanized lines.
To perform and train in all supply chain activities.
Engineering with management. The course is similar to MBA course
