Supercopa in Saudi Arabia for 3 football seasons.
* Discussed and drafted the addendums with regards to the hosting, commercial and broadcasting rights
(MENA) of the Spanish Supercopa in Saudi Arabia for additional 7 football seasons.
* Negotiated and acquired hosting, commercial and broadcasting rights (MENA) of the Italian Supercopa in
Saudi Arabia for 3 football seasons.
* Acquired broadcasting rights of Copa del Rey matches for MENA region for 3 football seasons.
* Negotiated and acquired the hosting rights of the Formula E in Saudi Arabia for 10 years.
* Acquired and sold commercial rights of Al Hilal Football Club to commercial partners and sponsors;
contract for 5 football seasons.
* Negotiated the commercial and financial terms of two (2) editions of the Superclásico de las Américas
(Brazil vs Argentina) match held in KSA during 2018 and 2019.
* Negotiated and drafted PSG vs Al Hilal/Al Nassr match agreement as part of Riyadh Season 2022.
* Negotiated, drafted and reviewed various sponsorship and partnership agreements with regards to
different Saudi Clubs (i.e. Ittihad; Al Ahli; Al Nassr) and football governing bodies (Saudi Arabian Football
Federation, Saudi Professional League).
* Discussed, reviewed and amended the terms with regards to the acquisition of the commercial, operation
and broadcasting rights of the Union of Arab Football Association tournaments including the Arab Clubs
Champion Cup.
* Secured all Saudi National Team (SNT) friendly matches agreements and related TV match production
engagements prior to World Cup 2018.
* Reviewed and negotiated sponsorship agreements concerning the following Spanish clubs as part of the
Saudi players’ loan arrangements in 2018: Villareal - Levante - Numancia - Rayo Vallecano - Real
Valladolid - Sporting Gijon - Leganes.
* Acquired Al Ahly - Egypt commercial rights for 3 football seasons in 2015 and drafted/negotiated all
related sponsorship agreements.

* Secured and drafted commercial rights related to various IP contracts and sponsorship agreements with
regards to Riyadh Season 2019, 2021, 2022 and Jeddah Season 2021.

Led research on new and existing investments (JVs, mergers and acquisitions) to ensure high ROI. Existing
investments include New York Cosmos football club, and Brand One football outfits.
* Worked on c. 30 potential investments and finalized around 5 (around $20M in total).
* Identified possible investment opportunities in European football clubs such as Leeds United Football
Club, West Bromwich Albion Football Club, and Birmingham City FC.
* Worked on acquisition of shares in One Media Corp, a leading US sports media company.

Initially Senior Marketing Coordinator spearheading promotions and launched direct marketing activities.
From 2007, developed & delivered training to c. 600-700 personnel quarterly in B2B / B2C sales, customer
service, customer retention and supply chain across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain & Oman.

Set up a successful DVD retail network with 2 hire & purchase showrooms - closed 2009 due to pirate DVDs.
