I developed many systems, including patient room management system (flutter android + python server), hospitals appointment system (web app javascript+ python). I developed APIs and and integrated with them using any language that is needed.
Overall, I have a real experience in software development using many languages and frameworks to deliver any idea .
In my graduation project i made the frontend website fully in Flutter, and the backend with Django in python. The project was to validate the website url to check if it's a fake website or real.
