Manage the departments related to supply chain ( Logistics, Inventory, fleet, warehouses, costumers support, dismantling )
Strategic planning: Developing and implementing strategies to optimize the supply chain process, such as sourcing, procurement, production, and delivery.
Inventory management: Ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory costs.
Supplier management: Selecting and managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and developing relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Logistics management: Coordinating the movement of goods and materials from suppliers to customers, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Risk management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks in the supply chain, such as disruptions in the supply of raw materials or geopolitical instability.
Data analysis: Collecting and analyzing supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.
Continuous improvement: Developing and implementing processes to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain.
Manage a huge team of more than 130 employees.
-Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
-Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
-Responsible for all activities related to Inbound (Receiving items, Handling received documents from supplier and custom, segregating items due to its conditions and making put away …. etc.).
-Supervised outbound & inbound teams ( 3 Technicians & 1 Logistic Services Officer& 1 Receivers and 5 Labors )
-Creating new mechanism with SC team to improve the work in our domain.
-Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
-Create Warehouse management system for Ertiqa Charity
-Create a financial plan for the Department for the coming years
-Make strategic plans for logistics and warehouses
-Coordination with transport companies in the Kingdom.
-Develop partnerships with transport companies and create alternative plans.
-Follow up on transportation reports with the team, and find alternative solutions to save expenses and raise quality and efficiency.
Warehouse Responsibilities:
•Responsible for all activities related to Inbound (Receiving items, Handling received documents from supplier and custom, segregating items due to its conditions and making put away …. etc.).
•Supervised outbound & inbound teams ( 3 supervisors & 2 Dispatchers & 2 Receivers and 30 Labors )
•Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
•Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
•Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
•Creating new mechanism with SC team to improve the work in our domain.

Inventory Responsibilities:
•Physical count for (all FBO’s ZAIN, Depots Nokia & ZAIN & Philips)
•Reconciliation and results for all physical count
•Creating IRA report for FBO’s.
•Controller for all transfer from Depot to FBO and from FBO’s to FBO’s.
•Create sales report for FBO’s and Control stock item for ALL FBO’s.
Sales for all categories.
•Doing the routine check list (daily job).
•Merchandising coordinator.
•Receiving orders in oracle.
•Close Z-OUT (close store sales).
•Sales deposit.
•Monitor stock to protect it from thefts.
•Following sales to achieve target.
•Following up damage items.
