Job Responsibilities:
Fully responsible for Group Zakat, Tax and VAT.
Zakat objections and issues processes.
Preparation plans to face the next year cost regarding Zakat.
Create the ways to manage annual Zakat liability during the year.
Manage all meeting with Zakat departments (head office and branch level).
Preparation the reports to top management.
Responsible for group VAT return filling.
collecting VAT return data from all subsidiaries, reviewing and combining with group VAT return.
Verifying input and output Tax. Verifying all purchase invoices and match with custom report.
Replying to GAZT for VAT related inquiries. preparing and submitting all support schedules.
Coordinator with Legal Adviser & Financial Adviser regarding the IPO project and provision all reports needed.
Analysis the Financial statements and comparing with a submitted budget and preparation the final reports for the
management.
Responsible of Initial Public Offering (IPO) project:
- Worked with the finance team in collection of all the financial data and converting it into the formats acceptable/required
by the IPO manager (Falcom Capital) for successful completion of the financial due diligence for the company prospectus.
- Reviewed all real estate contracts and revised where ever necessary to be compatible with the IPO requirements.
- Facilitated PWC with all information required to prepare organisational structure.
- Prepared company profile and got it approved from the Board.
- Coordinated with the company legal team and legal adviser for successful completion of the legal due diligence for the
company prospectus.
- After going public I was made the authorized person to process all requirements and announcements and represent the
company in front of Tadauwl (Saudi Capital Market) and CMA (Capital Market Authority).
- Organization of general assembly meeting and preparation all related documents, follow up the annual
report, Preparation of general reports of contracts and Agreements.
The company has assigned to me the job of communication tasks with Human Resources Fund (hrdf) to make
employment agreements and preparation claims related.
Assistance of an expert analyst in the preparation of feasibility studies and market researches and financial evaluation of
companies.
Assessment methods used:
(Discounted cash flows - Book value - Adjusted book value - Multiplier profitability)
And visit the prospective clients to introduce services of Amwal Co. and provide them explain about our expertises, Assist
in identifying candidates for mergers/acquisitions or possible business acquisitions, set merger acquisitions or disposal
strategy, prepare information memorandum and presentations, Assist the company in searching the promotions to close
deals in a professional way which satisfies the clients goals.
