tracker for 14 bank accounts on daily basis
-Resposible for suppliers payments for over 36 outlet
-Verify and reconcile each supplier account

-General ledger journal entries and credit card and bank account reconciliation.

- Reconciliation for more than 53 supplier SOA and arrange the payment based on credit period of each one of them.
-Handling payments in an organised and timely manner.
-Purchases and use VAT returns.
-Internal credit card reconciliation when required.
- prepare monthly report for purchases and analysing the purchases to allocation the expanses for use it in Decision Analysis (Breakeven point, profitability of segments, Marginal analysis ).
-Modeling bank statement after default transactions .
-Development and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets.
-Ensuring imaging of invoice supporting documents is timely and accurately performed.
-Issuing payment for salaries to deposit it in exchange bank account to transfer it via WPS as per UAE Labour Law.
-Responsible for cash salaries, petty cash and PRO expenses
-Assisting with audit support as necessary.
-Assisting in streamlining the accounts payable process.
-Working with account receivable clerk and others to resolve account issues when necessary.

-Document financial transactions by entering account information.

-Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement,
and other reports.
-Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
-Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-Represent the company in one on of main electronic store in Jordan and provide assistance and support to the customer by explaining the main features of the product.
