Supervision of Accounts Receivable Staff
Managing Waste Water and portable customer Accounts
transferring of accounts receivable revenue to the General Ledger
Reconciliation of cash accounts
overall overseeing of creation of new customer accounts, ensuring they are accurately created.
overseeing of timely move outs and move ins on customer closing the accounts, and customer opening the account.
Ensuring there are no accounts that are not billed, advising the billing department to complete the unbilled customers.
Boosting the staff morale is one of the key roles.
