In charge of Preventive maintenance, yearly inspections, breakdowns on all the Frac. equipment. (Frac. Pumps, LAS, POD blenders, Frac. Head, Hydraulic Power Packs, Electric Generators, Designing and Installation of new equipment on the vessel) Documenting (Fleet Assistant) all maintenance activities as per standard required.
Performing PM and breakdowns on Frac, Cementing and Coiled Tubing equipment (Nitrogen units, Cement Pumper trucks and skids, Batch mixers, Vertical Blenders, Coil tubing Power Packs, coil tubing Reels, C-Pumps etc.)
Maintain, diagnose and repair variety of equipment/unit for Coiled Tubing, Cementing and Sand Control (Well Services and Well intervention). Such equipment includes: Cement pump units, Power Pack, Injector head, Mixers and Blender, Nitrogen Pump Skid, Centrifugal Pumps, Hydraulic Power Pack, Automatic Transmissions, High and low pressure pneumatic compressor, Gearboxes, PTO`s, generators, 12/24v electrical systems, drive train components, high pressure pumps and variety of other energy service equipment. Maintain, repair and troubleshoot Electro-mechanical Equipment, Pneumatic and Hydraulic system.
Install commission and test equipment ensuring they are in good job condition.
Maintenance, repair and trouble-shooting of heavy duty diesel engines (Detroit, CAT, Cummins, Perkins and International), Rotating equipment-Alignment of components (e.g. Motor to the pump alignment) during installation.
Solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others in line with the management objectives
Support drive to attain company’s goals with respect to safety, quality, cost and compliance with standards.
Application of LEAN techniques to improving service quality.
Execute daily job plans.
