Worked with people from within the project group and also from the
factory operations on a project to upgrade the factory manufacturing
infant formulae.

Key Achievements:
* Studied the efficiency of the heat recovery system in the EHP (infant
formula) production line and proposed a robust solution for an
upgrade
* Process Integration for maximum efficiency

Reported to the Plant’s Senior Manager and later, to the General
Manager of Dairy Operations. Led the manufacturing team (about 30+
personnel per shift), coached and motivated them to deliver best
results. Handled the processing of up to 0.3 million liters of milk per
day. Worked closely with the QA, Maintenance & Logistics departments
to identify key areas for improvement and implement changes.
Key Achievements:
* Oversaw factory personnel, planned and efficiently executed
the production of HTST processed market milk

* Ensured that the products met QA guidelines at each stage
of processing and filling/packing

* Analyzed customer complaints regarding
processing/packaging and took corrective action when
needed
* Ensured minimal loss of resources (personnel, material, energy)

* Achieved KPI targets (delivery time, productivity, cost, quality,
and safety) for each shift through good personnel management
and clear communication of WBS
* Assisted the factory maintenance /engineering team during
preventive or breakdown maintenance and also during installation
of new equipment.
* Prepared the plant for external audits
