Identify and investigate new changes required in the curriculum, teaching system and facilities on regular intervals.

Accounting responsibilities includes: preparing & implementing budget, preparing staff salaries statement.

Assist in annual planning and development of new educational systems and facilities.

Organize training, workshops, seminar and meeting and conferences with teachers of new school programs and policies

Take appropriate initiative for need assessment, selection of content are for training, preparation/development of training materials and selection of facilitators for conducting training

Execute training assigned by the National Academy for Primary Education
Supervise maintenance of database on teacher and primary school performance
Introduce and documents new subjects and new course structures as required by the State Board of Education System in Bangladesh
