• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to stc
strategic objectives (ex: Disaster recovery & Business continuity program) .
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
• Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned
project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required
resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
• Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external
vendors.

Leading a team of Solution Designers & Project Managers to design and implement ICT solutions. Duties and Responsibilities include:
Directs and manages the Voice VAS Services Section mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
Participates in the development and implementation of network services & solutions (Value Added services, Cloud Solutions , Intelligent Network solution ) .
Project Planning : defining SOW, RFPs preparation, Budgeting, Project schedule, Quality Planning and Risk Management Planning. .
Participates in the development and implementation of the Project Contracts.
Interprets and implements change in the Projects.
Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective application of the STC performance management process.
Directs planning and selection of manpower in the Voice VAS Services Section, in line with the business and operational plans.
Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within the Voice VAS Services Section.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in STC
• Provide technical support for commercial launch of value added services.
Leading a team of project managers to :
Executes end-to-end project management activities.
Organizes and drives project reviews with project team, vendors and other stakeholders.
Manages the process of BU requirement clarifications and service development process gates.
Drives RFP processes (collecting requirements, building teams, communicating with vendors and BU).
Assesses project risks and develops contingency plans.
Plans for resource allocation and provides project logistic support.
Coordinates deliverables acceptance tests .
Reviews and approves invoices, Work Orders and related items.
Controls the projects budget and filing system.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Design and implementation of Service specifications as per requirement of Business Units.
• High Level and Low Level Design for Network Services and Platforms.
• Preparing the Scope of Work, RFPs and technical Evaluation of the solutions.
• Finalizing Acceptance Test documents.
• Technical support for commercial launch of value added services.

• Respond to system and network security incidents
