Develops and implements internal and external surveys and reports results.
Contributes to business objectives and strategies and investigates further services development opportunities.
Recommends and develops business products/services and solutions to meet ongoing and future requirements.
Provides research and analysis to make informed decisions on strategic initiatives including prospective research on business development opportunities.
Prepares analysis and basic costings for business opportunities.
Prepares presentations, proposals, and materials in connection with business development opportunities.
Recommends and develops business products/services and solutions to meet ongoing and future requirements.
Ensures that the change control process is aligned with business requirements.
Manages business development goals and release schedule through effective communication with all stakeholders.
Ensures confidentiality of all the firm’s and client’s documentation and information.
Maintains deal databases and recording matters for precedent, marketing, and business development purposes.
Supports Business Development Manager in assessing, streamlining, and managing current project list.
Ensures the highest standard of business reports are available by drafting and finalizing reports for ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

Pro-actively hunt for target organizations & establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from Global supply’s services.
Maintain excellent relations with existing customers & potential customers for the prequalification of Global supply in the tendering process & ensure Global supply be able to bid for projects within its sphere of capabilities.
Coordinate with relevant business units & other key departments to ensure timely completion & submission of pre-qualification documents.
Liaison with client at all stages of the bidding process; qualification, pre bid meeting, post tender submission & finalization of contract.
Update the Senior Management team on the outcome of the meeting with the bidder/ client on a particular project, status relating to bid submission & any other information gathered during the meeting.
Forecast long & short-range market potential in Oman & international markets (UAE, Qatar & Bahrain) by conducting market & feasibility analysis by monitoring the implementation & execution of BD & PR activities.
Responsible for the design & execution of press releases, corporate presentation, corporate communication related brochures & company website to ensure Global supply branding principles are always adhered to.
Responsible for registrations for relevant business activities / segments in new geographies / markets in line with company objective / business plan.
Represent Global supply in business exhibitions & internal business development forums.
Maintain media relations by means of positive advertising & strong public relations to ensure the good will & image of the company.
Conduct a detailed market research to understand & gather intelligence about competitor companies in the region.
