MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIETIES: -
Prepare Production Plan for A Day/ Week / Month and Generate Daily Reports for Day/ Week / Month, Work for Annual Budgets.
Prepare the Worker Schedule and Allocate Work to operators and Workers as per the Production Plan.
Responsible for IPC Related work and Quality of the Filled Products, Ensure all Product Quality Parameters like batch code, date weight / volumes, leakage of products ETC.
Ensue Products Filled as per the Demand and Maintain the sheets, filling of log sheets and signature after Ensure the data is Ensured correct in the SAP/ORION ERP System and matching with physical SYSTEM COMPARE usage of R/M and P/M with the Bom.
Ensure timely product release in the system.
Cordination with the Automation and Lab for release of Batches and start up and sample of the product in time.
Ensuring the Machine CIP and Sterilization before starting of the products, Ensure CIP and COP (Cleaning of fillers, Nozzles, pipe line, Unions, Joints, conveyor and receiving table) complete shining of panel must be Ensured.
Ensure all the products Filled Hygienically with satisfactory Microbiological results.
Ensuring the weight /volume of the product is correct.
Monitoring and recording of the break downs and filling losses and PKG material losses.
Cordination with operator and workers to maintain the cleanliness of factory and keep after neat and clean.
Ensure follow up of GMP (Good Manufacture Practices). Follow up of 5S system (sort, systematic, shine, standardize, sustain).
Ensure discipline, safety and security in the working area.
Ensure running of the filling machines during shift change.
Maintain communication register and hand over of the shift must be recorded in this register.
Arrangement of packing Material in the production hall in the shift. Ensure that no packing material carton is open and kept unarranged.
Ensure issuance of the packing material from the store as per weeks’ requirement.
Follow up the production process and operation, control the R.M which we need it inside the production operation, implement the production plan and solving problems which concern with production.
Perform regular check on the production process line.
Visualizing the S.C.A.D.A system and checking the gauges at the same time to insure the effectiveness of sensors and gauges.
Assuring the good manner of all raw materials like S.M.P, W.M.P, stabilizers, Starch, sugar, flavors, colors, water and Packaging Materials.
Follow up & recording the CCPs points.
Receives the raw milk from farms after analyzing a sample from the farm’s milk and get the approval.
Verifying the flow of pasteurization (mixing, the homogenization process, thermal treatment, cooling).
Delivering the end product to the packaging area in a good manner, free from residues and considering the chemical analysis according to the bill of material like ph., acidity, T.S, S.N.F. density and fat.
Support the maintenance team to define the expected root cause for any downtime / fault in the production equipment.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIETIES: -
Follow-up and Monitoring of (Klstral - Aero Sigma -Buhler) lines. For production of Rice Crisps, Corn Flakes, Snacks.
control, test and inspect quality of finished products by checking raw materials, goods in process, finished goods and record results and prepare simple technical reports
Analyze Raw materials or Bulk intermediate or Finished product according to company procedures.
Ensure that all materials used are in accordance with company specifications and all operators and personnel associated with production and machines adhere to Quality standards and hygienic rules.
Monitor Pest control program, operational methods, and good manufacturing practices and personnel practices and takes corrective actions in presence of deviation.
Inspect the finish products in warehouse.
Modify and document the technical file for company products.
Implements Health & Safety regulations, GMP & Food Safety System, Committed to the uniform & personal hygiene.
Follow-up and Monitoring of Chore time lines. (Temperature- Ventilation- Moisture- Feed- Lighting-Homogeneity-The discovery of diseases and immunization).
Follow-up and Monitoring of Big Dutchman lines. (Temperature- Ventilation- Moisture- Feed- Lighting-Homogeneity-The discovery of diseases and immunization).
