Handle mechanical engineering activities and document control staff.

Support mechanical engineers, designers and drafter to projects as per task needs and skills.
Review mechanical engineering staff performance periodically.
Inform technical staff of Division and engineering goals and business performance.
Manage mechanical engineering competence and state-of-the-art expertise.
Handle engineering tools and upgrades.
Check ME deliverables of PD process and ensure achievement of quality standards.
Comply drawings with applicable standards before approval.
Plan work to ensure accounting for suitable ME deliverables.
Support methodical root cause analysis and resolve non-compliance in part performance.
Coach jobs, counsel on career and develop team members.
Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at sites as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution.
Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the Mechanical work groups at sites.
Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinates the works to Electrical, Architect and civil groups.
Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
Directly responsible for the safety of all Mechanical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
Attends regular meeting with client, civil engineers and consultant to provide update on project progress.
To collaborate with cost control and planning department in preparing the daily progress reports
Able to lead site personnel to execute and completion of job on time at site
Create concepts and develop detailed
Prepare shop drawings, schematics, reports and proposals as required for both large and small-scale projects.
Prepare calculations, and other documentation components; find and evaluate suppliers
Work with project team to ensure on-time project completion
Assist in system assembly, integration, and troubleshooting
Strive to ensure quality and timely delivery of finished products to clients
Coordination with other disciplines (Architectural, Structural, and Electrical).
Preparation all shop drawings, Installation Details, Composite, Builder Works and as‐built drawings of Mechanical systems.
Prepare submittals for approval of all Mechanical systems and equipment installations during and after work completion.
