- Successfully created and implemented an efficient external profit source for the group by classifying the waste in categories and selling it as pre-products ( scrap ) through annual auctions with annual income worth between 1.500.000 L.E and 2.000.000 L.E
- Closely monitored department budget and managed to obtain below expected balance
- 0 environmental negative reports for 3 years on the roll
- 0 penalties from Borg El Arab Authorities for 3 years on the roll

2- Head of the legal department:
- Keeping track record of Court cases
- Following up with legal consultants
- Set a regular legal status report for the Board
- Managing Internal investigations and employees' penalties

Key Achievements:
- As FMCG Group with 12 branches all over the country, we had to face between 15 and 20 law suits regarding brands and manufacturing standards violations ( قضايا غش تجاري غالبا ما تكون بسبب اخطاء في الاجراءات ), Successfully managed to reduce the number of legal suites and violations by 80% by the end of 2014 and set a legal standard procedures in how to deal with مباحث التموين during their visits in order to avoid and charges
