• Acts as a focal point of contact for all organization’s sales team.
• Respond to day-to-day presales activities by doing initial assessment to choose products and/or solutions against competition, then preparing the technical and financial cost offer

• Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility • Lead the implementation team and project stakeholders in the successful planning, execution, monitoring and control of the program.
• Manage day-to-day project activities and collaborate with other projects managers in the PMO to keep the project on track, manage issues, mitigate risks, and track decisions/dependencies.
• Ensure timely competition of all critical project activities across a rapid cloud implementation methodology.
• Present and influence program leadership on decisions and solutions.
• Deliver complex enterprise applications projects from initiation to launch.
• Running big scope implementation projects.
• Coaching functional and technical teams to perform Human Capital Management implementation tasks
• Ensure Quality of project documentation
• To improve team skill matrix
• Delivers Human Capital Management presales activities, advises on number of man-days, implementation effort and sales presentations in the English and EMEA region
• Set up, document and test the Oracle system; understand and apply Oracle methodologies
• Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go
• Present application demo’s, CRP, UAT, ..etc.
• Business analysis and requirements gathering
• Build the Solution design
• Develop reports using XML publisher, BI reports and report builder then publish in the application
• Setup and implementation of oracle applications
• Writing the necessary documentations Analysis documents, Design, User Guides, Test Scripts, UPK..Etc.
• Ensure Quality of project documentation
• Conducts business users and HRIS Admins trainings on Oracle
• Application HRIS before Go-live
• Provide Post implementation support
• HCM Data Upload using API's
• Good knowledge of the following products in the HRMS domain of the Oracle E-business suite: Core HR, Payroll, Oracle Learning Management, Self Service HR, I Recruitment and Performance Management.
