Arrange the payment of staff salaries through the computerized payroll system. This will involve the collation and input of all relevant information for the monthly payroll (including new starters, leavers, contract changes, sickness and absence payments).
Coordinate and process overtime payments.
Answering payroll, leaves and payment queries from staff.
Analyze payroll data and provide insights and recommendations to the direct Manager.
Prepare and maintain all types of leave processes (annual, business and sick, etc.)
Handle reimbursement, deduction of all kinds of additional payments and deductions.
Operate as the main point of contact between the employee and the bank to open a new account for the new joiners.
Coordinate with the accounts department to rectify any discrepancies in salary payments.
Resolving for any complaints/discrepancy in the salaries and correct through settlements list.
Preparation of cash salaries, salary advance to employees, loan settlements.
Preparation of any report requested by the direct supervisor.
Prepares standard employee letters on request.
Working collaboratively and in a supportive manner within the HR team to ensure that the overall aims and objectives are achieved.
Maintaining confidential information and privacy.
Coordinate with audit office on a quarterly basis or whenever required.
Coordinate and prepare final settlements.
Responsible for filling payroll related documents.
