Conduct Thorough drawing review and Inspections of Architectural Works:
Perform detailed drawing reviewing and inspections of all architectural elements, ensure workmanship aligns
with approved architectural drawings. material specifications, and quality standards
Prepare and Review Quality Control Documentation:
Handle all quality-related documentation, including inspection test plan (ITP), Inspection Requests (IRs),
Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Material Approval Requests (MARs), Non-Conformance Reports
(NCRs), method statements, and checklists. Maintain accurate records of inspections and observations for
quality audits and handover documentation
Coordinate with Project Stakeholders:
Work closely with project managers, site engineers, QA/QC teams, subcontractors, and contractors to plan
and schedule inspections. Ensure timely approvals and resolution of quality-related issues by maintaining
effective communication and documentation throughout the construction phase.
Ensure Compliance with Project Specifications and Codes:
Monitor and verify that all architectural installations adhere strictly to project quality plans, contract
specifications, and relevant building codes (e.g.. QCS in Qatar or other GCC regulations). Identify
deviations from the approved plans and initiate corrective actions as needed to maintain compliance and
quality.
Project Handover and Final Inspections:
Prepare punch lists and conduct snagging and de-snagging activities for architectural works prior to
handover. Ensure that all works are completed to the required standards to facilitate smooth project close-out and
documentation.

Project Planning & Coordination:
Manage interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule,
and budget. Ensuring seamless execution of high-end residential projects in alignment with custom client
requirements and detailed architectural designs.
Quality & Craftsmanship Oversight:
Ensured exceptional by supervising materials, finishes, and workmanship to
meet the of discerning clients.
Cost & Handover Management:
Control project costs, variations, and procurement while leading snagging, final inspections, and close-out
documentation.
Detailed Drawings & Technical Review:
Evaluate drawings, material submittals, and specifications to ensure compliance with project
requirements, with a strong focus on accuracy, customization, and design integrity.
Client-Focused Communication & Problem Solving:
Maintained clear, proactive communication with clients, consultants, and contractors, swiftly resolving
design or execution issues to uphold timelines and client satisfaction.

Supervise Construction Activities:Monitor daily on-site work to ensure alignment with architectural plans, specifications, and project schedules. Oversee subcontractors and construction teams to maintain quality and efficiency.Prepare Shop Drawings:Coordinate, develop, and prepare detailed architectural shop drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications and design intent.Track Progress and Report:Monitor project milestones, prepare basic site reports, and document progress, including material usage and labor activitiesProblem-Solving: Provide technical advice and resolve minor on-site issues, such as material discrepancies or construction challenges, with guidance from senior staffCoordinate Stakeholders:Act as a key point of contact between architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other engineers to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
