Responsible for managing technical issues for the project, including:  Follow up for BIM modeling, coordination, submission and approval (LOD400).        Prepare the list of required quantity of materials (BOQ) as per the approved drawings & project specification. Prepare material submittal and compliance statements to meet with the project specification and obtain the consultant approval on the submittals. Provide the technical support for the project construction team and solve technical conflicts. Prepare the attend project periodical meetings with other project technical stakeholders. Follow up project BIM modeling & drawings in as build stage (LOD500). Prepare project technical reports. BIM contract management and follow up all related activities with designer and main contractor.

Responsible for managing technical issues for company projects, including:  Review tender drawings, project specification and BOQ to prepare the proper technical offers      Make preliminary calculations for FM200, CO2 and aerosol fire suppression systems. Prepare material submittal and compliance statements to meet with the project specifications and prepare the list of required quantity of materials (BOQ) against the approved material submittal. Calculate budget and prepare the schedule of the project. Prepare the rate comparison list to the various approved vendors against their quotation and issues the purchase order to the respective vendor. Check the approved vendor list and coordinate with the suppliers and manufacturer’s regarding the material submittals, specifications and delivery.

Responsible for managing technical issues for company projects specially firefighting systems, including:
 Preparation of shop drawing based on the tender drawing.
 Calculate Budget of projects.
 Check the preferred vendor list and coordinate with the suppliers and manufacturer’s regarding the material submittals.
 Review the material submittal and ensure meet with the project specification.
 Prepare the list of required quantity of materials (BOQ) against the approved material submittal.
 Follow up the procurement department and arrange the material delivery.
 Assist the planning department to prepare the schedule of the project.
 Site coordination with client, contractor engineers and supervisors.
 Verifying the progress and budget at each stage of the work.
 Ensure the quality of materials and work as per the project specification.
 Prepare the rate comparison list to the various approved vendors against their quotation and issues the purchase order to the respective vendor.
 Prepare and check periodical progress and cost reports.
 Prepare and check the monthly invoice of the sub-contractors against the work completion.
 Monitoring and review of project deliverable.
 Commissioning the project successfully and handing over to the client team.

Responsible for supervision of construction of all mechanical systems with royal specifications during all stages of construction from first fix to final handover.
Systems including the following:
• HVAC system
1- Complete chilled water system including chillers, pumps, AHU’s, FCU’s and ducting system.
2- Package units and split type units.
• Firefighting systems:
1- Complete sprinkler system including Pumps, piping, valves, and FHC’s.
2- FM200 systems, Foam systems and CO2 systems
• Plumbing system with royal specification for sanitary fixtures and accessories.
• Infrastructure works:
- External site water supply piping network.
- External site firefighting water piping network.
- External site drainage piping network

• Produce supporting calculations for Fans, Cooling Towers and Dust Collectors selection and systems design, coordinating with other trades and client regarding technical issues.
• Site survey and customer meeting to gather information and produce maintenance plane.
• Set plans and perform periodic maintenance schedule for ventilation equipments (i.e. replace consumable spare parts, check rotating elements balance, vibration measurements…. etc).
• Preparing submittals and specifications for maintenance projects; also preparing spare part lists for various equipments of ventilation and industrial air pollution control systems
• Compile technical manuals for operation and maintenance for ventilation systems.
• Perform commissioning and testing measurements during start up for projects to ensure full acceptance and validation on new designs and revisions to existing design.
• Redesign equipments and systems to solve operational malfunctions and systems breakdown problems.
