- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Good knowledge in virtualization ( VMware Tools ).
- Installing and configure ESXI software for servers ( VMware ), Configure and administrate client software ( Vsphere ).
- Good knowledge in Database administration tools ( My SQL administration ) .
- Create plans and requirements and manage them with the application development team.

- Acting as the first point of contact for all IT & technical queries.
- Developing the infrastructure and systems to meet the company’s needs.
