▪ Accountable for project success.
▪ Develop project plans & Budget & Analyze business goals and requirements.
▪ Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
▪ Member of the PMO and IT steering committee.
▪ Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
▪ Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and technique.
▪ Report and escalate to management as needed.
▪ Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
▪ Coordinate and facilitate stakeholders’ workshops with technical teams to gather and analyze requirements
▪ Collaborate with management and external stakeholders to identify and implement changes to systems and processes to increase
efficiency
▪ Conduct meticulous GAP analysis while successfully reengineering key business processes to increase operational efficiency and
alignment of business unit objectives
▪ Understand client and engagement scope and priorities (stated and uncovered)
▪ Guide the team and organization on how to use scrum & other agile practices and methodologies in order to facilitate efficient
delivery of projects
▪ Oversee scrum process and coaches the team; facilitates transparency, inspection and adaptation
▪ Lead daily scrum, sprint review, and planning meetings in a way that ensures full team engagement
▪ Own the end-to-end product development process from ideation to delivery of the team to drive high-velocity high-quality product
developments
▪ Build, coach and manage the product management team
▪ Define the product principles for the company/client and the experience delivered by its products
▪ Create Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and managed User stories.
▪ Maintain transparency by effectively communicating product development initiatives and progress with internal and external
stakeholders
▪ Remove and escalate impediments and shields the team from external distractions
Develop, review and validate Business Cases.
Analyze business goals and requirements Perform GAP Analysis.
Propose solutions to stakeholders.
Collect, Analyze, elicit and document requirements.
Develop analysis document such as BRD, SRS, Use cases, user stories.
Develop High Level & Detailed Design, Develop technical solution architectures & design
Manage and analyze stakeholders, expectations.
Facilitate UAT, Perform scope validation & verification
