-Conducts service department assessments and technical courses through the technician career development program (TCDP) for the field service and workshop personnel.
-Assist in the development and implementation of assessments programs and courses for servicemen.
-Plan, Conduct, and review service assessments and courses.

- Preparation, Commissioning, and testing and adjusting Caterpillar generators and earth moving equipment.
- Commissioning and testing and adjusting engines, power trains, and hydraulic systems.
- Troubleshooting Caterpillar generators and earth moving equipment problems.
- Made engines, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic controls, hydraulic cylinders, and gear box overhauls.
