1. Handle the amortization of prepaid accounts with all field offices by reviewing whether they are done or not yet before the monthly closing.
2. Preparing and analyzing accounts, AR and inventory aging, and preparing monthly business review presentation presented to the Field Offices’ Country directors.
3. Create physical count sheets to send it to Field Offices in order to count inventory fill it in.
4. Review FO physical count vs. stock status report (Sub ledger) after they send the physical count.
5. Review inventory GL vs. stock status (sub ledger) to make sure they are matching.
6. Review bank reconciliations, providing recommendations for corrections.
7. Participate with Regional Team in the training of new hires in Field offices in Accounting or Cost Point.

9. Assist in supporting Field Offices in all accounting aspects.
10. Reviewing Open AP with Accounts Payable Account GL for Field Offices to make sure they are matching.
11. Handle Exchange rate monthly update, ensuring that the internal policy is being followed.
12. Linking Accounts to Orgs. As needed.
13. Customer Set-Up and Maintenance.
14. Vendor Setup and Vendor maintenance ensuring standardization and consistency of the database.
