•Handling all the Trouble Tickets Opened from the Teams in order to solve all problem occurred on the Network.
•Following up Trouble Tickets Opened from the Teams in order to solve all problem occurred on the Network.
•Following up on all Trouble Ticket in order to be solved within SLA.
•Responsible for all reports Related to Trouble Ticket system.
•Responsible for Dashboard reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly)
