- Responsibility to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
- Develop and deliver professional sales presentations and system demonstrations to present the products efficiently and professionally to perspective customers.
- Prepare, developing and maintaining healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Providing Pre-Sales Technical Assistance.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating on how the proposed solution will meet client needs.
- Providing training and producing support material for the sales team.
- Closes sales and achieves sales quotas as defined by the Channel/Sales Director.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current and future products and services offered.
- Identifying the key clients and players of the security market whilst analyzing the competitors’
activates.
- Attends and participates in the provided sales training program.
- Coordinates with the Project Manager assigned, ensuring the prepared project implementation plan is in compliance with the sales deal.
- Ensure professional and premium client relations management. Collecting customer’s feedback and
advice this information to the engineering and operations development team to help implement
product improvements.
- Keeping the highest level of Customers’ satisfaction.
- Establish professional and beneficial relationships with Consultants and Contractors. Prepare action
plans and schedule to identify specific targets.
- Consistent promotion of the security business using technical workshops, webinar, events and
roadshows.
