Tasks:
• Responsable for mechanical works in sports club parcel that contains (mosque, main club house, bank, underground parking, olymbic swimming pool, leisure swimming pool, training swimming pool, fire tank and pump room, boiler room).
• Review IFC drawings, specs and BOQ and coordinate with technical office for RFIs, variations if found.
• Coordinate with procurement to finalize material approval in accordance of project specs and budget.
• Communicate with procurement, finance and suppliers to ensure correct timing of material supply to the site.
• Supervise senior and site engineers in material requests, material and site control.
• Prepare in house invoice and coordinate with commercial department for approval.
• Review subcontractor contracts and invoices.
• Coordinate with civil to arrange execution sequences and finishing of work.

Tasks:
• Review engineering submittal after approval.
• Prepare take off for material.
• Arrange for labor teams and required tools..
• Follow up material delivery and warehousing.

• Control work progress to match time schedule.
• Prepare progrees reports.
• Prepare look ahead plans for up comming work.

• Studying Contract Documents and provide feedback concerning the documents.
• Proposing different Value Engineering Options for the benefit of the Project.
• Attending negotiation sessions in the preconstruction phase.
• Monitor work implementation in accordance of time schedule.
• Coordinate between different contractors within the same project.
• Providing presentable sheets for discussion in board meetings.
• Creating good channels of communication among different stakeholders to share all possible ideas

Neuro Espitalia Hospital
• Construction management and Supervision of MEP works by doing
the following tasks:
• Review the contract and tender documents and aid in the tendering, selection and awarding
processes of the contractor.
• Monitor the project schedule submitted by the contractor and follow up its conformity with the
actual construction and progress.
• Technical supervision of construction.
• Approve material samples and shop drawings submitted by the contractor.
• Attend tests and review and approve test results and inspections of work completed on site.
• Review contractor's invoices in regards to actual progress.
Attend and supervise the testing and commissioning of all mechanical activities.
• Manage preliminary handing over process and prepare snag list.
• Documents the tests on completion and prepare a compiled file of warranties, guaranties, test
results and further hand over to client at the completion of the project.

• Review the drawings of hvac, fire fighting, plumbing, medical gases, pneumatic and irrigation
systems
• Plant design (specify the arrangement of each plant as chiller plant, boiler plant,
• medical gas station, water filtration, fire pump room…etc).
• Preparation and pricing B.O.Q’s.
• Prepare Concept reports and Specifications.
• Coordination meetings with project owners, architecture and civil design engineers.
• Preparation a value engineering reports.
• Technical meetings with contractors and supplier engineers.
• Experience also covers quality and cost control; site work supervision including material,
installations, balancing, testing and commissioning services and further handover.
Design, site supervision and deliver training to engineers in designing HVAC,
Fire Fighting and Plumbing systems. Collected great experience with design and
preparing drawings when dealing with international codes and software packages like:
ASHRAE.

International Plumbing Code.
