- Collaborate with the business team to identify the business requirements for implementing Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Coordinate with the Oracle implementation team and third-party contractors to ensure that the Oracle Fusion ERP system is implemented in accordance with the functional and technical requirements.
- Plan, design, and implement the company's IT network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, VPNs, and wireless networks
- Work with third-party contractors and vendors to ensure that the network design and implementation meets the company's technical requirements and standards.
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management
-Work with technical resource and stake holders to build the concurrent process using ERP (Oracle E-Business Suite) and with IT analysts/developers/superusers
- Provide applications function Support in addition to resolving issues and ensure timely and accurate handling of trouble tickets with designated SLAs.
- Develop partnerships with key stake holders to understand the strategic direction, business process and business needs
- Support the ERP business activities by overseeing the day-to-day operation of the ERP.

- Assists with requirements gathering and definition
