• Project manager of Asset Management Oracle EAM Module Implementation Project

• Demonstrated the plant performance improvements as a result of RCM implementation,
Correlated all of the data collected by condition monitoring, Vibration, thermal imaging, ultrasonic thickness testing, shaft laser alignment, etc., using information systems.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Process Analysis studies and reports.
In 2019, the key objective was to manage the Maintenance team of factory station (process building)
• Ensures all plant and equipment are in good operating conditions and are available for production as needed.
• Regular maintenance work on all equipment and systems within the plant. Reviews preventative procedures, evaluates and maximizes maintenance procedures collaborating with other Operation departments
• Identifying problems and requirements. Supervises the activities of maintenance associates so that they are in compliance with the Company's regulations
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal codes and regulations. Selects,
• Orients trains, assigns, schedules, coaches, counsels and disciplines staff. Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associates equipment.
• Responsible for all mechanical equipment in process building, limekiln and Maguin stations.
• Responsible for developing & implementing the HSE programs.
• Participating in creating the shutdown maintenance plan & implementation.
• Plan and allocates day-to-day activities for the team at the start of the shift.
• Completes an end of shift report and carries out an effective communication and handover exchange with the incoming engineer in the work area
• Responsible for the management of all mechanical crew in his shift to obtain smooth operation for the equipment and minimize the breakdown of the equipment.
• Prepare annual budget estimation for mechanical items.
• Responsible for executing the planned P.M program with the technician crew in his shift.
• Responsible for executing the safety and health care instructions during his shift to avoid any injuries may take place.
• Support and trouble shoot technical problems that technician face
• Train and develop engineering staff to obtain highest performance
• Optimize maintenance strategy and control spare parts inventory to ensure maximum plant efficiency
• Lead a group of Engineers to achieve department objective
• Preparing the PM plan for the mechanical equipment and applied strongly to minimize breakdown
