Cash flow receiving
Collects check payments and issues receipts and hand all
Payment and checks daily to cashier
Supervising the collection process
Bookkeeping for costumer’s accounts & payments
Follow-up all customer payments process
Delivering invoices to the customers
Make sure that all collected amounts are related to the issued
Invoices
Giving hand to the IT department to finish the pm’s visits
To the costumers in field & at the (on site customer support)
On the work shop technical support
Maintenance all kinds of printers, laptops, & pc’s soft ware & hard ware
