Claims & Delay Analysis

• Prepare change orders and analyze its effect on the Time Schedule.
• Prepare recovery plans in case of delay and provide feedback and recommendations.
• Determine the root cause of project delays and its impact in the BL schedule.
• Determining Entitlement to Extension of Time, using different methods (Time impact Analysis, Time Slice Window Analysis, Impacted As planned, collapsed As Built…etc).
• daily monitoring for the main issues which result in claims.
• along with evidence of delays and the presentation of information in both programmers and reports.
• Preparation or defense of extension of time claims.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the Contract requirements.
• Review the Contract Structure and Documentation.
• Review and analyze the Contractual issues (Time related issues, Payment related issues, Financial and procedural issues, ..etc).
• Support the legal and contract team within the hearing stage.


Risk analysis

• Comprehensively identifying Risks that might impact on the achievement of the Program Objectives
• Accurately assessing the potential impacts of the identified Risks
• Supporting development of Risk mitigation responses
• Quantifying adequate cost and time provisions for pre and post-response residual Risk impacts
• Monitoring the implementation of identified Risk responses; particularly identified Key Actions
• Monitoring changes in Risk exposure, identifying new Risks and modifying responses
• Supporting risk analysis associated with design and scope changes
• Undertaking validation reviews of Contractors’ quantitative cost and schedule analysis modeling and reporting on findings
• Data gathering to support monthly reports; including report preparation

Team Management

• Coordinating different teams to foster an exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.
• Inspiring and motivating employees through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives
Communicating with stakeholders about Program priorities.
• Identifying potential problems and points of friction and finding solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.

Interface Management
• Identify interface requirements for the project systems.
• Track the identified requirements in accordance with the project start-up and operation.
• Evaluate and assess proposed engineering changes for their impact on interfaces.
• Provide recommendations to decision makers on proposed changes.
