- Providing the Supply Planning service for 3 companies in KSA (AQM, DMC, ADMC) and managing end-to-end supply cycle for 25 different brands with more than 10 K different SKU’s.

- Lead the Supply planning team to implement monthly /annually master inbound schedules according to sales forecast and different suppliers’ commercial agreements.

- Lead the Capacity planning team to implement the daily/monthly/annually RCCP of total Starlinks WH’s network (11 WH) and ensure optimum utilization of total WH’s network.

- Lead the supply planning team to fulfill the weekly sales orders by draw up the long life, fresh FG distribution plan to all sales depots.

- Coordinate and plan with demand planning, marketing, and sales teams for the new products/SKU’s lunching, New PM lunching, delisting of products/SKU’s and sales promotions to ensure all this activity will be performed smoothly in the target dates, within specific budget.

- FG inventory management by keeping the inventory at the minimal levels without hurting the service level and by monitoring the stock aging in factory WH and depots as well to avoid write off cost.

- Participating in the maintenance meetings to set the monthly/annually maintenance plans.

- prepare the long term pull plans for Co-packed SKU's. and to have the proper alignment with procurement team and suppliers.

1. Design and implement all procurement plans for the KSA Northern area projects and ensure compliance for all purchasing policies. Manage all communication with the Direct and Indirect procurement sections and Project & Engineering Departments and assist to buying all supplies and equipment ensuring complete quality assurance and in accordance with any project time critical Schedule. • Implement monthly/quarterly materials requirements plan (MRP), and purchasing plan for both local and foreign raw materials in monthly/quarterly basis according to sales forecast and raw materials consumption rates, and follow up the delivery process.

• Coordinate with marketing, and sales managements for the new products, and for the sales promotions, to plan the RM, and PM requirements, and follow up the production and the distribution plans for the new products.


• Material packing list dispatching for unpacking purpose.

• Plan the order/claim for rejected or damaged or missing parts.

• MRP tasks: to determine what & when material to be ordered and the quantity according to the production plan and defective material repots (DMR).

• Responsible for material flow and allocation inbound factory.

• Stock control for Raw, Packing and consumables

• Reviewing a daily production (Target-Achieved)to take a corrective action for low/high materials stocks

• Issue monthly report (Stock Balance).

• Negotiate with suppliers to get the best prices, lead delivery times, and quality.

• Held regular meetings with suppliers to discuss the prices, and to share with their sides our requirements in near/medium future.

• Continuous sourcing for main suppliers of the RM to get best prices.

• Execute any new designs of PM (Plastic/Metal/Cartons/Labels).

• Organizing the RM/PM stores according to KANBAN system, to absorb any stock increasing taking in consideration space, 5S, and min/max stock constrains.

• Prepare the monthly suppliers evaluation report according to the suppliers' performance during the month (Delivery dates, quantities, and quality approval/rejection reports ….etc).
