- Monitor supply performance against KPIs. Identify and understand trends in performance & identify opportunities for improvement.
- Providing the Supply Planning service for 3 companies in KSA (AQM, DMC, ADMC) and managing end-to-end supply cycle for 25 different brands with more than 10 K different SKU’s.
- Lead the Supply planning team to implement monthly /annually master inbound schedules according to sales forecast and different suppliers’ commercial agreements.
- Lead the Capacity planning team to implement the daily/monthly/annually RCCP of total Starlinks WH’s network (11 WH) and ensure optimum utilization of total WH’s network.
- Manage processes to deliver the defined working capital targets for finished goods, minimizing stock obsolescence.
- Lead the Freight & Clearance team to ensure smooth import and clearance process for more than 1000 container/Year.
- Measures & reports Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (OTIF, Inventory performance vs. target, capacity utilization, schedule attainment, etc.)
- Lead the Value-added services team to provide 8 different services to Starlinks customers (Co-packing, Product Promotion, Assembly, Kitting and Labeling).
- Lead the internal stock allocation process for all customers to ensure maximum Loss Of Sales due to availability is maximum 3% from total orders.
- Lead the production planning team to implement weekly /monthly master production schedules MPS according to sales forecast /firmed sales orders.
- Lead the production planning team to implement the daily/monthly/annually RCCP and Identify number of shifts needed for every resource in the next 12 weeks, and share the additional capacity plans with the management.
- Plan the raw milk and raw cream requirements monthly/ annually for the long life and fresh dairy factories to ensure the milk and cream availability to fulfill the sales orders in fresh category and the inventory strategy in long life category and also to ensure 100% utilization for the planned raw milk supply from the dairy farms.
- Lead the production planning team to draw up the raw milk requirement needs in short term (daily/weekly).
- Monitoring stocks of RM/PM/WIP and FG taking into consideration ROP, and max stock to ensure plan achievement or to perform the required updates in production/procurement/FG distribution plan.
- Lead the supply planning team to fulfill the weekly sales orders by draw up the long life, fresh FG distribution plan to all sales depots.
- Coordinate and plan with demand planning, marketing, and sales teams for the new products/SKU’s lunching, New PM lunching, delisting of products/SKU’s and sales promotions to ensure all this activity will be performed smoothly in the target dates, within specific budget.
- FG inventory management by keeping the inventory at the minimal levels without hurting the service level and by monitoring the stock aging in factory WH and depots as well to avoid write off cost.
- Participating in the maintenance meetings to set the monthly/annually maintenance plans.
- prepare the long term pull plans for Co-packed SKU's. and to have the proper alignment with procurement team and suppliers.
1. Design and implement all procurement plans for the KSA Northern area projects and ensure compliance for all purchasing policies. Manage all communication with the Direct and Indirect procurement sections and Project & Engineering Departments and assist to buying all supplies and equipment ensuring complete quality assurance and in accordance with any project time critical Schedule. Executing all the procurement needs for Railway project (CTW-320_Waad Alshamal).
2. Negotiate all supplier terms and ensure AICC achieve optimum rates from earth works and concrete works Sub-contractors around KSA.
3. Comparing all quotes in accordance with the project budget to ensure that the project needs, on costs do not exceed the relevant budgets, therefore maintaining profit within the Business.
4. Develop and maintain professional relationships with all related departments (Finance, Quality assurance, Technical team and Projects execution team) and prepare reports for all purchasing departments that provides support to the management for planning and executing the Company procurement process. Effective daily interfacing with all company & project departments at all levels.
5. Administer everyday activities of procurement through consistent communication ensuring that all the Northern area projects are running smoothly.
6. Coordinate with the planning team to maintain all reports for inventory.
• Implement monthly/quarterly materials requirements plan (MRP), and purchasing plan for both local and foreign raw materials in monthly/quarterly basis according to sales forecast and raw materials consumption rates, and follow up the delivery process.
• Issue and follow up the entire PO’s for RM’s, PM’s which related to local vendors.
• Follow up the delivery process with the purchasing and warehouses sections.
• Monitoring the actual consumption rates of RM, and PM to decrease the wastage ratios, and to discuss the root causes of these wastages and put the required corrective actions.
• Follow up FG distribution plan to all branches warehouses to serve the market needs.
• Follow up the min. and max. FG stocks in all branches taking into consideration: Sales forecast, Actual average monthly sales for the last quarter, and the storing capacity of each branch.
• Coordinate with marketing, and sales managements for the new products, and for the sales promotions, to plan the RM, and PM requirements, and follow up the production and the distribution plans for the new products.
• Material packing list dispatching for unpacking purpose.
• Plan the order/claim for rejected or damaged or missing parts.
• MRP tasks: to determine what & when material to be ordered and the quantity according to the production plan and defective material repots (DMR).
• Responsible for material flow and allocation inbound factory.
• Stock control for Raw, Packing and consumables
• Reviewing a daily production (Target-Achieved)to take a corrective action for low/high materials stocks
• Issue monthly report (Stock Balance).
• Negotiate with suppliers to get the best prices, lead delivery times, and quality.
• Held regular meetings with suppliers to discuss the prices, and to share with their sides our requirements in near/medium future.
• Continuous sourcing for main suppliers of the RM to get best prices.
• Execute any new designs of PM (Plastic/Metal/Cartons/Labels).
• Organizing the RM/PM stores according to KANBAN system, to absorb any stock increasing taking in consideration space, 5S, and min/max stock constrains.
• Prepare the monthly suppliers evaluation report according to the suppliers' performance during the month (Delivery dates, quantities, and quality approval/rejection reports ….etc).
