• Responsible for high quality talent acquisition utilizing the most efficient and effective sourcing and selection techniques.
• Responsible for new hire selection process (standardized interviewing, testing, etc.)
• Responsible to further develop College recruitment and internship program.
• Responsible for recruitment cycle by coordinating job posting on Website, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and make the first interview with candidates.
• Contact candidates for interview and manage interview timings.
• Preparing job descriptions and job offer.
• Responsible for signing the contract and receive the employment documents from the new hires.
• Follow up the attendance of the employees.
• Filing system: review, complete, organize and update employees' files.
• Make sure that company policies are well implemented.
• Prepare and update company’s organization chart.
• Handling all related aspects to Medical and life insurances.
• Construct appraisal form annually for employees.
• Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house)
• Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes etc)
• Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information
• Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
• Use accepted education principles and track new training methods and techniques
• Design and prepare educational aids and materials
• Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs
• Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with matter experts regarding instructional design
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
