Performing project cooling load calculations using HAP software and IES-VE.
Prepare conceptual studies and reports that indicate pertinent design features which help guiding the client to decide the optimum HVAC system that meets their needs.
Preparing design concept reports and perform Mechanical space planning to guide mechanical room sizing. Help identify potential conflicts early through collaborative design.
Coordinate projects with engineers in other disciplines or with architects. Applies knowledge of other disciplines to determine coordination required to ensure all design considerations have been addressed.
Maintain routine contact with the client during the study, design and construction phases.
Calculation of project ventilation requirements and smoke management system as per ASHRAE standards and local FLS codes.
Preparing HVAC design phases issues such as conceptual design, schematic design, detailed design and tender/construction documents.
Develop Revit BIM models coordinated with other MEP, structural & architectural disciplines.
Develop riser diagrams and Duct/Pipe sizing and routing.
Sizing, selecting, and specifying Mechanical system components & equipment.
Design mechanical HVAC systems in accordance with international codes and regulations as well as local codes that accepted by the local authorities. Along with sustainability requirements.
Participate in QA/QC process for my work and the work of others while documenting lessons learned for greater efficiency for future projects.
Researching products and design approaches to support SSH best practices.
Calculation of project cooling load using HAP software and determining required type of AC sys.
Calculation of building ventilation requirements.
Preparing HVAC design phases issues such as conceptual design, schematic design, detailed design and tendering stages. Using AutoCAD software or REVIT Modeling (BIM).
Coordination between other disciplines architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, etc.
Developing riser diagrams and Pipe sizing/routing & Duct sizing/layout.
Selection of equipment such as chillers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, etc.
Preparing equipment schedules, bill of quantities and technical specifications.

Creating BIM Content for MEP Systems and Equipment using Autodesk REVIT software.
Performing BIM Clash Detections and making necessary corrections and alterations to MEP Systems.
Providing Final Work Shop Drawings after solving all the issues that have been detected while
Coordinating of MEP systems.
Utilizing the scheduling function in Revit to obtain a highly accurate schedules and quantities for any MEP item.
Project execution Technical Support and Site Supervision & Troubleshooting.
