Mainly responsible for Financials of HR and General Services Group:

Preparing and issuing reports of annual budget and payments of HR and General Services Group.

Filing and archiving payments, contracts, admin. acts, CBK documents, investigations and related documents to HR and General Services Group.

Preparing all the documents, reserve budgets and coordinating with finance group to issue the payments.

Preparing the required documents needed for procurement committee.

Obtaining needed approvals for payments and budgets of the group.

Coordinating between HR & General Services Group and Finance Control & Planning Group in annual budget planning data entry and modifications required as per the approved annual budget.

Receiving and organizing the bidding proposals from different companies for projects with the engineering and project management department.

Responsible for the petty cash for HR Division and General Services Department.

Secretarial tasks such as:
Answering the calls of the group and organizing appointments for managers with vendors and employees.

Filing and archiving payments, administrative acts, investigations, CBK instructions, contracts, etc...

Arranging the accommodation and flights booking for new employees and current employees on official travel after checking the approvals and the procedures of the bank.

Organizing conference calls for HR division and GSD with employees, vendors and clients.

Organizing the catering, halls reservations and vendors for events when needed.

Issuing the circulars and preparing administrative acts of the group.

Receiving mail and distributing to the concerned employees and making record of the mail related to the group.
