My responsibilities:
* Coordination with business owners to conduct interviews and provide the manpower needed to work for them.
* Receiving the requirements of the client from the required disciplines to work for him like: the job tasks and years of experience, to start working on it.
* Making the interviews within the company to filter candidates, and stay on the level of fitness and prove conformity with the requirements of the employer and make a Preliminary assessment and sent to the employer.
* Coordinate the dates of interviews and send it to the employer and coordination it with him.
* Participation to evaluate the candidates during the interview.
* Making Final evaluation after the interview and submit it to the employer.
* Stand on the choices of the employer and start negotiating with the candidates
* Follow-up to the signing of contracts with candidates and business owners.
* Follow-up procedures and paperwork needed to travel to the candidates like (Health certificates - qualifications - contract documentation for the candidates)
* Provide a timetable for the processing of papers of candidates and ending procedures and traveling to the administration and business owners
* Try to resolve the problems existing in the contract between candidates and employers to persuade the candidate by clarify his position and convince him to complete the offer by the employer or convince the employer to change some terms of the contract for candidate's side.
* Follow-up to the employer after his departure and giving him a periodic report about the candidates during finishing the travel procedures.
* Dealing with tourism companies in the custody of tickets to candidates.
* Assess the problems and obstacles concerning the candidates and resolve them and the completion of travel procedures.
* In case that the employer leave the choice to us, I make the interviews and send to him a list of accepted peoples according his requirements and needs.
