Main activities and responsibilities:
1. Testing of raw materials, syrup, and water treatment unit and stability samples.
2. Validation of analytical methods for QC release testing of active ingredients, intermediates, and Finished products.
3. Development of analytical methods for eventual QC release testing of active ingredients, Intermediates, and finished products.
4. Measure Product Compliance to PI physiochemical, microbiological and ingredient standards.
5. Utilize and calibrate a wide variety of laboratory equipment including an Carbo-QC, Denstometer, Refractormeter, Torque tester, Degassing, Top load, pH meter
6. Prepare and Calibrate Chemicals
7. Perform routine analytical on-line and on lab testing to ensure the product meet quality standards.
8. Running proportioning equipment (Mixers) and maintaining accurate records.
9. Ensure safe operation and applying key food safety attributes in his area of concern.
