Produce monthly, semiannual & annual financial statements.
• A/P: follow up local & foreign suppliers and schedule of payment
• Matching sales invoices with customers accounts .
• Matching purchases invoices with suppliers accounts
• Banking: followup all bank transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, Foreign transfers and exchange of foreign currency .
• Prepare a weekly cash flow report .
• Prepare monthly sales tax report .
• Produce monthly report show returned checks, collected checks and pending checks .
• Prepare monthly bank account settlement
