Handle premium operators/merchants integration needs and inquiries (e.g. Spotify, OSN, Tinder, Amazon, Watch IT …etc).
▪ Drive relationships with merchants' technical teams to understand business/technical requirement and oversee implementation.
▪ Provide Mondia Pay’s partners with guidance on business processes, workflow modifications required to implement.
▪ Serve as a technical consultant for our merchants during their API integration journey.
▪ Participated in revamping Mondia Pay APIs documentation to facilitate internal & external teams in their integration needs.
▪ Manage large migration/integration projects where there are automations using mySQL/Python needed to perform certain tasks.
▪ Participated in creating documentation for integrations between every operator and Mondia Pay.
▪ Handle the communication with the NTRA (National Telecom Regulatory Authority), to assure Mondia Pay’s compliance to the regulatory requirements.
▪ Configuring software components in the application layer, according to the specified requirements.
▪ Responsible for the communication/aligning between the different teams working on the same features including System Team, Customer, and Testing teams (System, Validation, and Integration).
▪ Embedded Software Engineer:
o Developing and maintaining software codes in C.
o Developing component test plans to verify the functionality against the requirements.
▪ Model-based Design Engineer:
o Developing model templates for automatic code generation.
o Developing a unit testing framework on MIL, and SIL level.
▪ Managing and keeping up with innovative and development projects.
▪ Creating and designing new concepts as well as develop existing ones.
▪ Planning and managing corporate team building activities and events.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The German University in Cairo, where I learned the fundamentals of software development, ICs, embedded systems, and model-based design. My core competencies include REST APIs, JSON, mySQL, Python, and C.
