The roles & responsibilities:
- Prepare periodic commercial reports in alignment with project contracts.
- Handle variation orders, additional works, and change requests and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Review project contract documents (drawings, BOQ, specifications) to validate quantities take-off.
- Prepare & submit interim payment applications to clients/consultants and verify subcontractors’ invoices.
- Perform quantity take-offs based on technical drawings, site conditions, and BOQ revisions.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to align schedules, requirements, and commercial objectives.
- Utilize Oracle ERP to manage contracts, track expenditures, control costs, and streamline billing workflows.
- Support quality and financial audits by maintaining accurate billing and payment records.

The roles & responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project recovery plans and revised baselines throughout the project lifecycle using.
- Prepare baseline schedules, tracking progress and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct project performance analysis and issued weekly and monthly progress reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to align schedules with site activities and resources.
- Manage critical path analysis to mitigate delays and propose corrective actions for project milestones.
- Assist in preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims, including delay analysis and documentation.
- Conduct regular progress meetings with project teams to discuss and resolve schedule conflicts.

- Police Academy, Firefighting works at College of Training and Development Building

- Fifth settlement, The Pearl Buildings Compound (56 Units)
The roles & responsibilities:
- Manage finishing activities and installation of firefighting escape doors as per project specifications.
- Execute plumbing and firefighting networks for both internal building systems and external site areas.
- Ensure that health & safety are adhered to construction works.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to align schedules with site activities and resources.
- Prepare Structural & Architectural Shop Drawings, Quantity surveying and preparing monthly IPC.
