* Monthly objective and target set for the store and staff individual
* Coaching, developing, supporting, delegating thru the PDP, Appraisal Lead by example
* Analysing the performing and request to transferring the shortage stock from WH or branches
* Ensure all the team make high level of services to all the customer
* Plan, prepare and supervise the important events in the year (Stock take -mid season- end of season- Ramadan - back to school promotion).
* Analyse the reports of the sections and sure there is prober sizes and quantity.
* Drive the sales to increase the profit and decrease the losses.
* Develop the KPI of the stores (UPT-ATV-CR-MS-Traffic -Stock take result).
Communicate sales plans and targets to the Shop/Department team, monitor performance on an ongoing
basis, and suggest corrective actions to hierarchy when needed
