Responsible for all import processes and procedures own
- Follow-up with all our suppliers to import the specific requirements of machinery and spare parts for our Underground trains( 58 trains )
- review of all documents required to complete the import process In addition toFollow-up all kinds of LETTER OF CREDIT with our banks and suppliers

- Follow-up the Customs clearance procedures and the Transportation from ports to our warehouse
Working in Supply chain. and logistics ( responsible to contact all the suppliers, and negotiate prices, receive the order confirmation and do all the comparisons, placing orders, control the supplier documentation, transferring of money, Put the time, Cost estimation, handling P.O.S, getting freight forwarders to ship the shipments from suppliers warehouse to my warehouse, Very good knowledge of customs clearance, follow all the customs procedures, and doing the cost sheet and follow up for every shipment to report direct to the G.L.)
1- Shipping: Good knowledge of contact all the shipping line and freight forwarders To hold all kinds of shipping process ( CIF & FOB & EX-WORK ) .
2- Documentation: Follow-up to the issuance of all the import documents both local documents (banks + approvals government) or issued by foreign supplier.
3- Customs clearance: Full knowledge of all customs clearance procedures in all ports and deal with all the government regulatory authorities to end the clearance process and get the final release.
4- Regulators: Coordinating with the committees and government regulatory interests (Supply - Health - etc.) .
- responsible for all the local purchasing regarding all the three main depots for daily and weakly maintenance .
- watching for the stock in the Wearhouse for distribution the spare parts to all the depots upon needed .
