• Production Lead .
o Follow up the operation of the 5 kilns, 7 Cement mills, Petcock mill and AFR systems to achieve production budget with minimum cost, and maximum equipment efficiency. Average production capacity 26K ton/day different types of cement.
o Interact with key stakeholders (internal &external) at a strategic level to enhance capability, flexibility, ensure optimum performance, asset utilization, ultimately increasing productivity and delivering competitive cost
o Monitoring the production processes to ensure meeting the schedules as necessary and the planned KBIs /metrics (STEC, SEEC, PRI, MTPF etc.) are met/exceeded.
o Manage, lead and motivate skilled operations team for RM, Kilns and cement grinding areas in an embowered team based environment
o Ensure on timely basis completion of corrective and preventive actions and measures
o Implement Lafarge Safety Standards and Integrate safety into all operations and ensure working conditions and safety at work.
o Follow up the required production plan in accordance with the required work standards and maintaining the equipment proper condition to ensure production continuity with minimum down time.
o Ensure implementation of Lafarge environmental compliances regarding main stacks emissions and fugitive dust and housekeeping activities ensure complete compliance to prescribed safety & 5S processes.

oMonitoring the production processes to ensure meeting the schedules as necessary and the planned KPIs of efficiency and performances are met/exceeded.
oManaging the day-to-day Health, Safety and Environment activities.
oProcess study and implement continuous improvement’s to increase the productivity.
oPreparing the technical evaluation reports for shutdowns, down times analysis and overhauls schedules for the plant.
oMonitoring the product standards and ensure implementing the defined quality-control programs and meeting the quality objectives
oManaging the activities aiming at reducing production costs and ensure the guidelines are being followed (Consumables, Raw material, etc.
oEnsure complete compliance to prescribed safety & 5S processes.
oReporting to the Production manager on the daily progress.
oTargeting for the best man-machine-time utilization to reduce waste in both time and raw materials.
oInteracting among different departments e.g. the day-to-day maintenance, production planning and administration.

oFollow the production activities related to the operation of quarries’
equipments, raw mills, cement mills, kilns and packing plant to
ensure the efficient maintenance of the equipment.
oCoordinates with the production Engineers about inspection,
preventive maintenance and repairs of plant’s equipments
necessary for achieving production targets.
oSKF training for bearing installation, maintenance, lubrication and monitoring - 1st April 2012 till 5th April 2012.
