Reports to operation director and responsible for the Technical team, operations team and maintenance team in Egypt, KSA & Qatar (4 Team leaders, 7 Senior Engineers, 12 system engineers & technicians)
Supervise the design, configuration, installation and commissioning of integrated solutions for all building solutions including Building Management Systems & low current systems (ACS, CCTV, PA, MATV, IPTV, FA, Clock systems, data Network…etc.) including integration of building 3rd party systems.
Responsible for design, implementation, installation, commissioning and maintenance of the above systems.
Manage technical teams, operations teams, maintenance operations, project procurement and subcontracting.
Provide relevant technical information to Operations staff to enable proper operation and maintenance of Field Technical Equipment.
Provide and manage all technical training for all technical staff.
Manage all projects in Egypt, KSA, Qatar, Uganda, Kenya, Nigeria and Ethiopia.
Manage all partnership with the Vendors and the new partners.
Improve the effectiveness of the Company’s internal systems; increasing efficiency and reducing administrative overhead.

Technical team leader (Smart Building Line of Business)
Reports to LOB Manager and responsible for the Technical team.
Supervise the design, configuration, installation and commissioning of integrated solutions for Building Management Systems, including integration of additional building systems (HVAC equipments, Access control, CCTV, fire alarm, Lighting, Elevators ...etc) into a common control and monitoring platform.
Responsible for design, implementation, installation, commissioning and maintenance of all BMS and security systems.
Manage subcontractors and client side specialists to deliver retrofit of existing systems.
Provide training to client organizations around best practice in the integrated solution for efficient operations.
Integration of Third party systems.
Coordinate with facilities and maintenance personnel to evaluate the performance and apply required engineering control and will assist in the preparation and execution of various routing and systems operation tests.
Undertakes preventive maintenance and service works for all accounts, and acts as a technical consultant to the client to the work undertaken.
Property Manager for Giza building in New Cairo ( 10 floors of 7000 m2 + 2000m2 garage)
Reports to VP finance & admin and responsible for the maintenance team and the BMS operator.
Monitor and control all facility systems (Chillers, AHU’s, FCU’s, Data center Dual units, Fans, Transformers, Generator, Main distribution panels, floor panels, Elevators, BMS, Access control system, CCTV, Fire Alarm system, fire fighting system, SMATV, Sound system, gates, heaters, pumps, lighting and plumbing )
Manage facility maintenance process (preventive maintenance, incident maintenance and daily inspections).
Schedule all repairs and maintenance with vendors, and ensure the proper care of the property.
Supervise the maintenance staff, assigning to them different repair jobs.
Negotiate facility maintenance contracts with suppliers.
Resolve Employees complaints.
Maintain records, reports and files.
Generating reports, proposals, and any other documentation to the owners based on inspection finding.
Provide updates to the owners regarding the property’s physical condition, and financial arrangements.
Security team leader ( Enterprise BU)
Supervise the design, configuration, installation and commissioning of the security systems.
Responsible for design all security systems to clients.
Manage subcontractors and client side specialists to deliver retrofit of existing systems.
Provide training to client organizations around best practice in security systems for efficient operations.
