Responsibilities:
• Mange a team to Provide HS inductions and sessions for individuals assuming responsibilities of Project Manager and Site Inspector.
• Respond to complaints regarding Sub-Contractors activities that may impact the safety of employees and visitors.
• Notify the PM of any observed or reported HS concern.
• Do site safety inspection.
• Ensuring closure of NCRs in time with two consultant and client.
• Manage team to Issue work permit.
• Empowered by HSE Director for Implementation of the Occupational HSE Plan, to upgrade safety where possible and required along with the progress of the Project, inspect working areas to detect and correct unsafe or unhealthy situations and organize education and awareness of the workforce and all other staff.
• Shall organize daily HSE inspections and report unsafe situations and monitor implementation of remedial actions as recommended.
• Supervise all sub-contractors with respect to HSE requirements, evaluate their performance, and ensure that they enforce their work force to adhere to the rules and regulations of the Contractor.
• Ensure implementation of the HSE Management System on the project
• Ensure that Project HSE Management policy, plans and procedures are implemented effectively and are suitable for their purposes and use for which they are intended

•Ensure that all subcontractors are committed to project safety plan.
•Identifying root causes and substandard conditions of safety and industrial hygiene activities.
•Responsible for monitoring and assigning tasks to suppliers in supporting safety initiatives of the company.
•Evaluating safety processes and providing recommendations in areas that need improvement.
•Identifying and solving basic safety issues
•Responsible for monitoring and tracking safety systems by using computer systems and spreadsheets.
•Assign responsibilities of developing recommendations and monitoring implementations of safety plans.
•Coordinate and supervise, training programs or media which will increase proficiency in safe practices and promote HSE consciousness
•Create risk assessments to set the safe work instructions and revise it when necessary
•Review internal HSE policies and practices to ensure they are current and appropriate; conduct hazard and risk assessments and change existing, or develop new recommendations from these assessments

Study the building, equipment, procedures, and records of accidents and point out safety hazards.
•Design maintenance plans for machinery.
•Conduct training of safe up habits to workers and managers.
•Handing troubleshooting and take necessary actions.
•Write and revise safety regulation codes.
•Plan and conduct industrial hygiene research.
•Ensure that chemical material storage is up to safety standards.
