Plan, manage and supervise all phases of construction for all projects in BSF plant.
Ensuring the safety of the workers on the site.
Supervision the construction work to insure the quality of the work.
Ensuring design specification.
Evaluate quotations submitted by contractors technically and commercially
Follow up on the site progress and ensure that work on site is achieved within the desired quality standards and within the planned time schedule.
Supervise and approve the progress of works in site and ensure that all activities are achieved within the approved drawings and within the applied codes and standards.
Supervise all surveying works.
Coordinate between civil drawings, steel structure drawings and mechanical drawings.
Coordinate between different parties of the project, between the owner’s requirements, designer, consultant and the contractor.
Supervise and approve the contractor’s invoices with the site progress.
Quantity surveying works and forming the final approved invoices.
Direct daily supervision of the construction activities at site.
